The FNEI Conservation Program Team:

Gail Lawlor, Project Manager
Gail has been helping families reduce their energy and water bills for nearly 30 years through the dissemination of practical information and the installation of energy and water saving products in homes. Gail also provides indoor air quality courses (IAQ) and advice to contractors and homeowners and incorporates this knowledge with energy retrofit work to ensure that homes are not only energy efficient but also safe, healthy, durable and comfortable. Prior to managing this FNEI Conservation Program Gail managed a similar program for the Ontario Power Authority (OPA) and Charles Fox Consulting in five Ontario First Nations Communities.

Kathleen Fountain, Team Member
Kathleen brings a background in financial services, including accounting, marketing and communications to the FNEI Conservation Program. She has been working with individuals and business to help achieve their goals through planning, execution and coordination for many years. Kathleen is committed to helping reduce energy consumption, through education and awareness, thereby saving money on the cost of power usage. She is an amateur photographer with a keen interest in people. 

Carly Armstrong, Team Member
Carly Armstrong has been working with the FNEI Conservation Program since it started in 2010. She has a degree in Natural Resource Management and a Master's in Environmental Education and Communication. Carly has been working with Mushkegowuk communities over the past year and a half and has a deep respect for their culture and traditions. She is passionate about helping to address pressing issues in the communities, including those related to housing and energy.
