FNEI has an OEB-approved Customer Connection Process that sets out the process for connecting new customers (generators and loads).  This process also contains the OEB-approved Connection Cost Recovery Agreements (CCRA’s) to be used by FNEI when connecting new customers.  Please see a copy of the Customer Connection Process and CCRA.
