Ontario Energy Board Filings

 

Five Nations Energy's rates are determined by the Ontario Uniform Transmission Rates, which can be found in the Ontario Uniform Transmission Rates Order issued on October 17, 2007 by the Ontario Energy Board.

FNEI has an OEB-approved Customer Connection Process that sets out the process for connecting new customers (generators and loads). It also contains the OEB-approved Connection Cost Recovery Agreements (CCRAs) to be used by FNEI when connecting new customers. A copy of the Customer Connection Process and CCRAs can be found here.

Five Nations has filed Customer Delivery Point Performance Standards with the Ontario Energy Board on August 20, 2008. A copy of the approved standards can be found here.

De Beers Canada, Hydro One Networks, and Five Nations Energy Inc. submitted a joint application to construct transmission facilities linking the Victor Diamond Mine Project to the provincial grid and the Five Nations Energy Inc. line. A copy of the filing can be found here. This line is near completion and will soon be activated.
